    • Our acclaimed packaging the first step. Once the package is set, it is shipped same day. Shipping & handling charges are calculated automatically according to the weight of the items, and added to the subtotal. Minnesota residents pay 6.50% sales tax.

    All computers, barebone systems, and computer parts carry 1 year warranty from the purchase date.



    General Returns Conditions - Applicable to ALL Returns
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and an Ibex Computers RMA number.
  • RMA numbers issued by Ibex Computers are good for 15 days only and products must be received by Ibex Computers within that time. RMA numbers cannot be extended or re-issued.
  • Where a specific return period is indicated, no returns will be accepted beyond that period.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. Ibex Computers highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment.
  • There may be applicable cancellation fees if you cancel your order after the order has been placed depending on your situation.
  • Please note all additional returns conditions stated below, as applicable to your return.
  • All products returned must: be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer's boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accesories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.


    Hardware
  • Defective items can be returned within 14 days from the purchase date, at Ibex Computers' discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
  • Non-Defective items can be accepted within 14 days from the purchase date, at Ibex Computers' discretion for credit or exchange. All non-defective returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.


    Software
  • Only defective software can be returned to Ibex Computers within 14 days from the purchase date. Unopened software may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days from the purchase date.

  • Your original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services. Thank you.

    IbexPC.Com accepts only US currency and only ships within the continental United States. Five types of payment methods are available: Credit Cards Online, Credit Cards via Phone, Prepay with Checks, Paypal and Purchase Orders. We do not accept COD payments. Purchase Orders (PO) are allowed only from government agencies, schools, and Fortune 1000 companies that are pre-authorized and verified.

  • Credit Card Orders Online: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do NOT charge "surcharges" for credit card transactions. All orders are processed using Yahoo’s! Secure Server.

    Once the product has left our warehouse, returns or cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

    You must provide us with a working phone number in order for us to contact you to confirm your order and in case of problems with your order.

    IbexPC.Com prosecutes fraudulent credit card orders and reports all subsequent activities to law enforcement officials.

  • Credit Card via Phone: If you do not feel comfortable transmitting credit card number and other information on the Internet, we suggest you place an order online, choose "Credit Card via Phone" as the payment method, and then phone in to give us your credit card number over the phone. We'll charge your credit card manually.

  • Pre-Pay with a Check: Pre-payment with cashier's check or money order is accepted.

  • Paypal: Starting May 12, 2006, we proudly accept paypal payments.
